Gym time!!! It’s booty day, and I’m ready to crush it! I get told often that I look bulky and manly because my muscles are too big. OH WAIT. I DONT. Just the opposite actually. Why is this? Because lifting heavy WILL NOT make you ladies bulky or make you gain a huge muscle. You will get tight and lean and strong. Oh and sexy. So I am going to beast on all those sissy la la’s in the gym who think that lifting heavy will make them look like a dude. Go heavy, or don’t bother going at all. I’m a chick who loves to lift heavy shit. And I look hot as crap doing it. Trainer. Out.
